DEV NOTE: for best performance, I highly recommend the downloadable builds for Windows and Linux.

The browser version will suffer from a little lag when initially loading due to shader and particle compilation, this should resolve itself before gameplay begins! 

Battery Acid Boy is back for an all-new adventure with more bugs, bullets and lasers than ever before!

Play as the titular Battery Acid Boy and compete for a highscore against endless waves of evil little critters, reflecting projectiles with the power of turbo-dash and zapping anything still moving with your laser.

HOW TO PLAY

Battery Acid Boy can be played with keyboard and mouse, or with a controller of your choice. Controls are fully remappable via ingame menus.

An interactive tutorial is provided ingame.

DELUXE EDITION

The web, Windows and Linux versions of the game are all full, 100% free and feature complete.

For those who'd like to support my work, a Deluxe Edition of the game is available for $2 or up - the game is identical, but comes packaged with a full copy of the soundtrack, sfx and all sprites used in the game, all under CC0 licence terms. Feel free to use them in your own projects!
