Added a new button to the main menu, allowing the user to skip the bulk of the tutorial stage and begin the game from the point at which enemies start to spawn.

Downloadable builds for all operating systems are now also provided.

In line with the rules of Mini Jam, the original build created for the jam has also been provided as a download. I've left the html build as the jam version too.
